The Challenge

Flamond.com, a pioneer in modular jewelry subscriptions, faced the task of converting a substantial influx of visitors to their website within a short period into actual subscribers.

The primary objective was to bridge the gap between the brand’s groundbreaking jewelry subscription concept and customer comprehension, ultimately boosting subscriptions from a targeted audience of American consumers aged 30+ with an affinity for fine jewelry.

Lastly, everything from writing the script, casting actors, sourcing equipment and setting up the set, filming, editing and launching the ad, had to happen in a record 2 days, over one weekend!

 

The Approach

Our team addressed this challenge by developing a comprehensive video production strategy. Recognising the need for clear communication, we crafted a versatile video commercial in record time. The long-format version, tailored for the brand’s YouTube channel, delved into the intricacies of the subscription and modular models.

Additionally, a concise version was created for a targeted cold-email campaign. The video featured Emily as the protagonist, guiding potential customers through the Flamond concept. The script employed a clear, efficient, and relatable tone to demystify the modular jewelry subscription model, emphasizing key features such as the Welcome Package, Subscription Experience, Loyalty Package, and the brand’s commitment to ethical practices. The landing page underwent a transformation to prominently showcase the video presentation of  the world’s first diamond subscription and modular jewelry, with a special offer to entice potential subscribers.

    The Result

    The outcome of our video production strategy highlighted a swift turnaround and a commitment to quality work. While specific results are pending, the expectation is a marked increase in customer engagement and conversion, aligning with Flamond’s goals. The project underscored our ability to deliver impactful content promptly, setting the stage for expected improvements in key performance indicators for the client.
